My interest in pursuing this field stems from several factors which have affected me. First, I have been exposed to international affairs throughout my life. Omnibus History, a combination of American and European history. There are several reasons for my great interest in this class.

Here, finally, I had a book which could be re-read. And every time I finished, I would come away with a new understanding of something I could not put into words. Unlike the normal academic, I do not want to find the final answer for everything. Throughout my life, I have always felt a sense of small essay in english after succeeding in a long search.
